Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Isha Women's Hospital mobile application and related services (the "App"), operated by Isha Women's Hospital. By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the App. If you use the App on behalf of another person (for example a minor or dependent in your care), you confirm that you are authorised to do so and to provide their information.
2. Your account
- You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering and to keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Use of the App
The App lets you book, view, reschedule and cancel appointments, receive reminders and updates, and communicate with the hospital. The App is a convenience and administrative tool. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment or medical advice and does not replace an in-person consultation with a qualified medical professional.
4. No doctor–patient relationship through the App alone
Using the App, including booking an appointment, does not by itself create a doctor–patient relationship. Such a relationship is established only through actual consultation and care provided by the hospital's qualified professionals. Please also read our Medical Disclaimer.
5. Appointments, cancellations and no-shows
- Appointment requests are subject to availability and confirmation by the hospital.
- Timings shown are indicative and may change due to clinical priorities; we will make reasonable efforts to inform you of changes.
- Please cancel or reschedule in advance if you cannot attend. Repeated no-shows or misuse may result in restrictions on your use of the App.
6. Payments
Where the App supports online payments, charges are processed through a third-party payment gateway and are subject to that provider's terms. Any consultation, procedure or service fees are governed by the hospital's applicable schedule and policies, including any refund policy communicated to you at the time of payment.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- provide false information or impersonate another person;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, other accounts or our systems;
- interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer or introduce malicious code into the App; or
- copy, scrape or misuse any content or data from the App.
8. Intellectual property
The App and its content, design, logos and trademarks are owned by or licensed to Isha Women's Hospital and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended personal purpose. No other rights are granted.
9. Third-party services
The App may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of such third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to availability, accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Isha Women's Hospital and its personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Isha Women's Hospital from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising out of your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the App, or as required by law. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time as described on the Account & Data Deletion page.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, you agree that the courts at Dombivli / Thane, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
